What Jura Labs offers

All engagements are scoped to your organisation's needs and budget. Jura Labs reserves time each quarter for organisations that genuinely cannot afford commercial rates. If your work is impactful and you have no budget, get in touch anyway.

The same technical depth that goes into building ROOTED and Jura Trace is behind the advisory work. Independent, vendor-neutral, and grounded in 25 years of sector experience. Every pound earned funds the free tools. Jura Labs is a Community Interest Company: no shareholders, no private extraction.

All engagements start with a free 30-minute discovery call. No obligation, no sales pitch.

AI Readiness Assessment

Before adopting AI, understand where you actually stand.

77% of UK charities now use AI tools, but only 16% have a formal policy. Jura Labs provides a structured, honest assessment: where AI can genuinely help, where the risks sit, and what you need to do before adopting anything. Not a sales pitch. An independent evaluation.

  • Current AI tool audit across the organisation
  • Data governance and GDPR exposure review
  • Risk-tiered recommendations (RAG report)
  • Board-ready presentation and roadmap

Earlier work at International Alert, developing digital communications tools and full stack infrastructure for peacebuilding programmes in conflict-affected regions.

From Server Rooms to Strategy

Before any of this: enterprise IT. Building and maintaining servers in a managed data centre, configuring network infrastructure, and providing frontline support across education, legal, insurance, and banking. Twenty-five years later, that hands-on background still shapes how Jura Labs approaches every recommendation. The advice starts from how things actually work, not how a slide deck says they should.

Jura Labs is a Community Interest Company (No. 17117467). There are no shareholders. All surplus is reinvested in free tools for communities. Organisations that genuinely cannot afford commercial rates: get in touch anyway. Jura Labs reserves time each quarter.
